Description
This program provides funding to 1994 Land Grant Institutions (Tribal Colleges) to make capital improvements to their educational facilities and to purchase equipment.

Climate Change Component
Climate change will present new challenges for tribes. Tribal colleges can assist tribes through these challenges by training students in new subjects and technologies which will require the purchase of equipment or development of new facilities.
