Description
Climate change will affect crop and livestock yields worldwide, which will lead to changes in food and fiber consumption, prices of agricultural commodities, and farm incomes. ERS is uniquely positioned to analyze these changes through its expertise on the economics of: 1) land use and management, 2) technology adoption, and 3) environmental program design.

Climate Change Component
ERS research on climate change will enable tribal producers and other tribal members to help identify gaps in programming that might allow them to apply for grants or do research that could tie into climate change adaptation and vulnerability assessment work.
