Cynthia F. Moser is a contract Technical Writer with the USDA Southeast Climate Hub and editor of the Updated Silvics of North America project (USNAP). As a long-time Forest Service contractor, Cynthia brings a customer-service focus to her editing/writing projects that include vulnerability assessments and Forest Inventory and Analysis reports. Her primary focus with the Hub is editing USNAP chapter submissions, but she will also extend her writing and editing expertise to other projects.
