As a Climate Communications Intern with the USDA Forest Service Resource Assistants Program, Mikayla Agbamuche synthesizes climate-related information to bridge the gap between climate science and the public by developing communication materials that cover different climate related issues in the Northwest region. She recently graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources and Conservation and a minor in Urban and Regional planning. During her time in college, she interned with Conservation Northwest and worked on developing educational outreach signs for riparian restoration and responsible recreation in the Little Naches and the Greenwater area.
