Tracy is a Climate Hub Fellow and scientist working closely with the USDA Agricultural Research Service.
Tracy works closely with the USDA Northern Forests Climate Hub and the Northern Institute of Applied Climate Science to investigate climate-informed Agroforestry practices. Tracy will advance the research efforts in agroforestry for the ARS National Laboratory for Agriculture and The Environment and the Climate Hubs.
Before joining the Climate Hubs, Tracy received her M.S. in Agroecology and her Ph.D. in Agronomy at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During her graduate studies, Tracy’s research evaluated nutrient management strategies to improve water quality in agricultural systems. In her free time, Tracy enjoys biking, backpacking, and exploring the nearest bakery.
