Luis Cruz-Arroyo

Luis Cruz-Arroyo is a Co-Lead of the USDA Caribbean Climate Hub and is the Caribbean Area Director of USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Caribbean Area. As Co-Lead, Luis facilitates NRCS input and collaboration in USDA Caribbean Climate Hub projects. His diverse background focuses on soil and resource conservation, watershed protection, and natural disaster response. He has held NRCS positions in Alabama, Iowa and Puerto Rico. Luis holds a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Puerto Rico.
