Dr. Ryan McCoy is an ORISE Fellow with the USDA's Midwest Climate Hub and completed his PhD in Philosophy at the University of Kentucky. Ryan has experience working on a variety of different interdisciplinary research projects, including a National Science Foundation funded project on knowledge formation in agricultural science, as well as a Climate Needs Assessment with Kentucky Cooperative Extension. As part of the Hub, he is working on an assessment of Midwest climate services.
